Total Sales, Total Expenses, and Net Income are computed roll-up rows and cannot be added to directly.

Sales lines require a valid Student No. and a G/L account 100–199. Expense lines must leave Student No. blank and use a G/L account 500–699 (or 590 automatically when an Item No. is entered). Quantity multiplies with the selected item's price/cost to suggest an Amount, which you can still adjust by hand; Posting uses Quantity to adjust inventory stock. Posting writes every line to the General Ledger and clears the journal — it does not affect the Chart of Accounts cash balance. For Sales lines with Source = Credit Card, use "Charge via Stripe/Square" to charge the card on the existing payment page — that already posts its own ledger entry, so don't also Post that same line or the sale will be recorded twice.

Click a month cell to edit it; it saves when you click away. Use Fill Row to copy a row's January value across the rest of the year, or Clear Row to zero it out. A year with no amounts entered yet shows the current account structure at zero — pick it above to start entering next year's budget.

The Portal Base URL is used to build links in verification and password-reset emails (e.g. the address students and prospects reach your dojo-portal at).

From Phone Number is your Twilio number, in E.164 format (e.g. +15551234567).

Changing this text only affects waivers signed from now on -- every already-signed waiver keeps a permanent copy of the exact wording it was signed under.
