Membership Agreement
Members agree that they have downloaded the latest media player and that they were able to view the tour provided by Isshinryu.com. The tour contains sample streaming video and flash presentations used throughout the programs.
All members must start with the first lesson and work though the lessons in the order in which they are presented.
Members are only allowed to take one lesson per day and must pass a test before they are permitted to take the next lesson. Once a lesson is completed and the test passed the member may always go back and review all lesson that they have passed.
Members agree not to share their password with others. If your password is used by two concurrent sessions on Isshinryu.com, your account will be disabled. You will need to send an email to nbd759@aol.com to have your account unlocked. If this happens more than three times you may be subject to dismissal from membership on Isshinryu.com.
Isshinryu.com agrees to make every effort to keep the site up and running but if the site goes down temporarily there will be no partial refund of membership fees for these interruptions.
Members understand and agree that all material on this site is Copyright protected and therefore agree that they will not copy any material from the site for their personal use or to distribute to others. There are no exceptions to this and all rights are reserved.
All support issues will be emailed to nbd759@aol.com and these issues will be managed in the order that they arrive.
Members agree that karate is a strenuous activity and that before engaging in a karate regimen, members would be well advised to consult a physician. Furthermore, members agree that the techniques demonstrated on this website can cause serious physical injury, or death, and members agree to hold harmless Sensei Norbert Donnelly, his students, The Isshinryu System, and Isshinryu.com for any injury sustained while attempting to execute the techniques demonstrated on this website.
